She holds an MSc (with distinction) in Energy Studies from the University of Dundee and an LLM in Commercial Law from Cardiff Law School. A leading authority in Nigerian petroleum law, she is widely recognised for her expertise in gas commercialisation advisory and for advising on some of Nigeria’s most significant and sector-shaping energy projects. Her work spans the full oil and gas value chain, from project development and financing to mergers, acquisitions and regulatory due diligence. She has led several pioneering, first-of-their-kind transactions in Nigeria’s energy market and is recognised for strengthening project bankability through rigorous risk assessment and strategic contractual structuring.
